Keep Calm

A Christian must strive to keep his calm and cool at all times. As much as tribulations are upon you, try and keep your peace. Run to your prayers, your Bible, your Hymns, and to the comfort of the saints. Run to Jesus Christ the source of our peace and strength. We are the children of God so let us be above the high waves, and not below them.

Keep yourself away from worry, fear and doubt. Be firm and oppose these feelings. Sometimes this might be as simple as blocking out negative information such as the media or the messages on your phone. If you are around negative people distance yourself from them and from the doubt they bring. Do not claim that worry is beyond your control, because it IS in your control.

When going through difficulties be silent so that you may hear God’s voice. Put your full trust in Him who never fails, and not in people. Recall times in the past when you were in deep difficulties and you were saved by God. The children of God should not be afraid of “surprises” as there is no such thing with God but rather a divine plan that always will work for our good in the end.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
