Chrism

The Lord said, “therefore, you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5:48)

Full perfection belongs to God alone, but to be a spiritual person, strive for relative perfection as to what you can achieve according to your abilities and the extent of the work of grace in you. The spiritual person must seek perfection in order to be an image of God and fulfill His commandment to us. It is the duty of Christians to desire, and to aim towards a perfection in holiness and grace. To do so, we must keep the commandments of our Heavenly Father.

Let us also love all. To love our friends, but to hate others, is imperfection. Perfection however, is to love everyone.
