Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. (Ps. 119:98)
Reading God’s word makes you wiser. Meditating on his teachings gives you confidence. Keep His words in your mind all day long, and you shall be filled with comfort at all times. Seek His guidance in every matter, big or small. Repent from your sins immediately and ask the Lord to not take His Holy Spirit from you. God’s commandments will keep you and empower you in all aspects of life.
If we think we are smart and wise, let us think again and remember all the mistakes we have made in the past. And if we have done well, and committed wise acts, then the wisdom we possessed in these moments is God-given. Let us not rely on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5), but let our minds be guided by the all-knowing and most powerful God.
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.” (Proverbs 2:6)
